From humble beginnings, unorthodox boy genius Davy has arrived to take up a post at London's prestigious Royal Institute. With the clock ticking and little over an hour until his first public lecture, the race is on for Humphry to make a discovery that will rock the scientific world to its core. However, progress is slowed with the arrival of a slew of his old revolutionary friends, a psychotic house keeper, a continuing elocution lesson and a heavy dose of the illegal hallucinogen, ‘laughing gas’. A breakneck comedy with elements of farce.
